Parents Teachers Meeting

At Jnana Jyothi PU College, we believe that a strong partnership between parents and the college is essential for the academic and personal growth of every student. Regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) ensure transparency, cooperation, and shared responsibility in a student’s development.

Objectives of PTMs

To inform parents about their ward’s academic performance To discuss behavioural, emotional, or attendance-related concerns To seek parental feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement To involve parents in the decision-making process of their ward’s academic journey

Frequency and Format

Scheduled Meetings are conducted after each unit test and terminal examination. Special Meetings are arranged if a student's performance or behaviour needs attention. One-on-One Interaction is encouraged to discuss student-specific progress. Online PTMs are facilitated when in-person meetings are not possible.
