  • To strengthen values, discipline, and positive thinking through continuous mentoring.

🧑‍🏫 Mentoring System

  • Each student is assigned a faculty mentor who acts as a guide throughout their academic journey.
  • Regular one-on-one or small group meetings are conducted to:
    • Monitor academic progress 📘
    • Identify areas of concern 🛑
    • Build a supportive student-teacher relationship 🤝

🧠 Counselling Support

  • Professional and trained counsellors are available on campus for:
    • Emotional and mental health support 🧘‍♀️
    • Relationship and peer-pressure issues 💬
    • Self-esteem, anxiety, and stress management 🌱

  • Orientation Sessions for first-year students
  • Workshops on time management, exam anxiety, goal-setting, and more
  • Parental Counselling and guidance when needed Referrals to external professionals in extreme cases
